AITHENA attended Reuters Pharma Customer Engagement Europe 2025 as Platinum Sponsor. The two-day summit in London brought together over 300 senior pharmaceutical executives and C-suite leaders from across Europe's top pharma companies, focused on driving customer engagement innovation and commercial excellence.


The company was represented by co-founders Dr. William McCully and Dr. Hank Du, Marketing Manager Sakshi Meshram, and Product and Operations interns Joy Wong and Adela Hoxha. AITHENA hosted a booth across both days of the conference, drawing interest from commercial leaders, medical affairs professionals, and digital innovation teams.
