Dr Will McCully

Will brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, spanning regional and global roles in medical affairs and commercial strategy. With a foundation as a clinical pharmacist and six years in the NHS, Will transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where he held various leadership roles across multiple pharmaceutical companies. During this time, Will was a final medical signatory, driving the strategic development, approval, and regulatory compliance of high-impact materials for patients and healthcare professionals.

Dr Hank Du

Before co-founding AITHENA, Hank was a Senior Consultant at one of the world’s largest private pharmaceutical companies. With 15+ years of experience working in market access and health financing, Hank brings a wealth of knowledge from the field of health economics, real-world data and health policy that had shaped commercial strategies and patient-centered solutions at national and regional levels. Hank previously held various clinical and commissioning roles within the NHS.

Bob Du

Bob is a technology leader with over 30 years of experience in the telecom and network communication sector. He is a serving member of the BofD at Connection Technology Systems Inc. and former Chairman of Askey Computer Corp., both publicly traded companies renowned for their impact on the technology industry. With his extensive expertise in building successful companies, Bob plays a crucial role in guiding AITHENA in its strategic vision of innovation and global growth.
